These terms and conditions govern use of the PedangJP platform and website at https://pedangjp.it.com. By registering, logging in, or using PedangJP services, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to all following terms.
PedangJP reserves the right to update terms and conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated via the website. Continued use after changes constitutes agreement.
General Terms
Terms apply to all PedangJP members:
- Minimum age 18 years — age verification may be requested.
- One account per person — duplicate accounts will be suspended.
- Registration data must be real and accurate.
- PedangJP may suspend accounts violating terms.
- Members responsible for password and OTP confidentiality.
- PedangJP not liable for losses due to member negligence.
Transaction Terms
Deposit, withdrawal, and bonus rules:
- Minimum deposit Rp 5,000, minimum withdrawal Rp 50,000.
- Withdrawals only to accounts/e-wallets in account owner name.
- Bonuses subject to turnover requirements before withdrawal.
- PedangJP may review suspicious transactions.
- Chargebacks or bank disputes may result in account suspension.
Gaming Terms
All games on PedangJP use RNG (Random Number Generator) or fair live dealer systems. Game outcomes are random — PedangJP does not guarantee wins. RTP and odds are presented as transparency information.
Cheating, collusion, or system exploitation will result in voided winnings and permanent suspension.
